Eric has enjoyed sketching homes since he was a kid and knew from a young age, he wanted to design homes professionally. He graduated from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale (SIUC) with his master’s degree in architecture. While in school, he worked for a kitchen and bath remodeling company. After graduating from SIUC, Eric moved back to northern Illinois and joined the Plano Planning and Zoning Commission for 9 years before moving to Yorkville to be closer to work. He has been with Craftstone Architects since 2014. In his time away from the office, Eric enjoys traveling throughout the country, going to new home open houses, and socializing with friends and family.
Erik has been a lover of design and architecture since he was a kid, even decorating people’s homes by age 10. He continued studying design all through junior high and high school and moving on to getting a BA in Fine Arts in Interior Design at Northern Illinois University and then becoming a licensed Interior Designer in 2008. Erik’s approach to designing a home is to truly listen to the client and utilize his skills to make their dream home an accessible reality. When he is not practicing design, he has multiple hobbies creating and collecting art, antiques, and his secondary love of vintage cars to name a few.
Hailey has been fascinated with architecture since she was in middle school from watching all the episodes of Extreme Home Makeover. She then went on to studying architecture in high school, going to a pre-college program at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and studying architecture at Judson University in Elgin. She was also on the women’s golf team at Judson. Hailey loves spending her time outside of the office golfing, going to Bass Lake in Indiana, boating on the Kankakee River and just hanging out with all her friends.
Jess graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising in the spring of 2024. She started working for Craftstone Architects shortly after graduating to learn how a business operates and how to successfully market for a company. Her goal is to one day own and operate a business just like her dad. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling to new places, thrifting, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Nathalie earned her Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been a licensed architect since 2008. With a primary focus on residential architecture, she works on projects from initial concept through to final construction documents. Her passion lies in creating spaces that enhance daily life and reflect her clients' unique personalities. Outside of her professional life, Nathalie enjoys expressing her creativity through mixed-media painting and loves diving into a good book. In her free time, she also enjoys swimming and spending quality moments with her husband and three children. Her well-rounded approach to life and design reflects her commitment to both family and her craft.
Ryan started his academic career at the College of DuPage, graduating with an associate’s degree in pre-architecture technology. He finished his degree at the University of Illinois, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in architecture in the spring of 24. Outside of work, he is an avid basketball player, a dedicated sports fan and enjoys going on hikes or reading in his free time.
